We’ve been here at Bonsai Sushi for 16 years now, and we have created a fan-based customer relations. A lot of time people come in and will tell me what they like and don’t like, so I’ll create certain things and end up putting them on our board of specials. If they end up doing very well, then we’ll put it on our menu. If you go through our menu, you’ll see it has many different names of people, our customers. This is more like, basically an extended part of our family. So when you come here, it’s kind of eating with our family.

This is a very unique idea. We love it. So now, you know that if you become a regular customer of Bonsai Sushi and maybe you’ll get your name after your creation.

Giselle, what do you like the most about coming to work at Bonsai Sushi every day?

Coming here at Bonsai Sushi, is almost like being at home and with the family. I know almost all of my clients so I have a good time attending to them and talking about their things. For me it is not coming to work, it is a pleasure to be here and I love it. We have been here for so many years that I am watching the generations go by. Those children who came here years ago, today they come with their families. You are seeing the change and all of this is very emotional.
