The verdict? These margaritas are no joke! They’re potent, delicious, and perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

La Cantina Catrina is a restaurant with a very nice and different concept. In this Cantina, the day of the Dead is the theme all year long. Here the dead receive you, drinking and socializing with customers.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy a good margarita, this is the place for you. Plus, the atmosphere is really fun and festive, so it’s perfect for a night out with friends.
The place has its good vibes, adorned all around with very typical decorations of the day of the dead.
When we arrived, we expected that there would be more people, but the truth is that the place was not very crowded at that time. Well, we realized that it is in the area of a mall so that is why it was not so crowded. At least not, like Rocco’s Tacos.
Cantina Catrina is one of the best places to have margaritas in Orlando.
However, we bet it sure gets crowded here during lunchtime. So, shortly after entering, we were shown to a table.
Our nice waiter came and took our order of Nachos and margaritas.
Gabriel ordered a classic margarita with salt and no ice. I tried the pineapple and coconut margarita.
For the occasion of National Margarita Day, the promotion was a huge glass for the price of regular glass. Not a bad deal, so we went for it!

The Margarita Experience at Cantina Catrina.
The house tequila is Jimador Silver but they had many varieties of tequilas as well. They also had those machines to make frozen drinks. Those that you could find in the type of places like Wet Willy’s or the famous Fat Tuesday.
I was never a fan of pre-made frozen drinks like this, I trust more than a bartender who prepares the drinks for me using the blender. Margaritas are a popular drink, and for good reason – they’re refreshing and delicious. Nevertheless, not all margaritas are created equal. Some can be downright terrible.
If you’re like most people, you love a good margarita. However, what makes a good frozen margarita? Do you prefer salt on the rim or no salt? Lime or lemon? Tequila or mezcal? Triple sec or Grand Marnier? These are all important questions to consider when ordering your frozen margarita. At Cantina Catrina, they take your margaritas seriously.
Our margaritas arrived…and…Have you ever had a Margarita that made your taste buds tingle and your heart happy? Well, if you haven’t then you need to head over to Cantina Catrina in Orlando for some of the best Margaritas around. That’s how good it tasted.
The bartenders here know how to make them just the way you like them, with or without salt on the rim. And if you’re feeling hungry, they’ve also got some delicious Mexican food options to choose from.
The Nachos Experience at Cantina Catrina.
These nachos were great! The tortilla chips were nice and crispy, and the cheese melted just right. There is a ton of places in Orlando to get your nacho fix, but I think Cantina Catrina probably takes the cake (or rather, the chips and cheese).
The nachos here are HUGE and come piled high with all your favorite toppings.
They’re delicious, and you can even customize them to your taste. Moreover, the added toppings gave the dish a lot of flavors. If you’re looking for a delicious and satisfying Mexican meal, I recommend giving these nachos a try!
Chorizo, Jalapenos, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and melted nacho cheese.
