Le Café de Paris has one of the best coffee blends in Orlando.

What elements contribute to a French cafe’s 18-year success?

Well, there is no mystery at Le Café de Paris; understanding what you’re doing, having a positive personality, and paying attention to your clients are the keys to success.

When you know, you know, and for owners Claude and Chantal, they understand exactly what they do.

Claude is a coffee expert, and Chantal is an expert in French cuisine. However, the coffee business is not an unknown territory for Claude, as he managed to open seven successful café shops in France. A year after the couple got married, they took their passion for coffee and French cuisine to the United States, and voila, Le Café de Paris opened in Orlando in 2007.

But operating successfully in France is one thing; it’s your native country, but bringing your dreams to the United States and hoping to click with the American palate is a whole new challenge.

However, since Americans drink 146 billion cups of coffee every year, we are so glad he came to help out!

Luckily for them, or better said, luckily for us, they opened Le Café de Paris in one of the best spots in Orlando, located on Dr. Phillips Blvd. and Conroy Rd., right next to our friends from Bonsai Sushi.

And boy, do residents love them! Pretty much 80% of their clientele is local.

This is the kind of place that has seen many locals grow up as the years pass.

Immers3d Magazine is also a faithful client. We’ve been coming here for 16 years now, and you’ll see why.

Let’s talk more about their coffee.

What is so special about Claude’s perfect blend?

His passion and commitment for a coffee business career began at a young age. However, the practice of mixing and roasting coffee at Le Café de Paris dates back to Claude’s great-grandfather.

Le Cafe de Paris’s house coffee consists of a harmonious blend of Colombian, Costa Rican, and Ethiopian coffee beans.

This interesting blend is the magic some of us Java drinkers need in the morning.

Did you know that coffee has high levels of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, making it one of the most powerful mood-boosting compounds known to mankind?

Ethiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, processes its beans using a traditional method.

This involves drying the Arabica beans in the sun while they still have the fruit on them. Obviously, this process is time-consuming and requires more work, which makes the production cost higher.

The blend also has Costa Rican coffee, renowned for its strong and delicious taste. The coffee beans that grow on the volcanic soils of Costa Rica turn out to be smooth, soft, and have a rich walnut flavor. Most Costa Rican coffees have flavors like chocolate, apricot, honey, and orange.

Next, they use Colombian coffee made from 100% Supremo Arabica beans. It is mild and smooth, clean with good acidity, and medium-to-full-bodied.

Additionally, skilled roasters in Central Florida roast all of their coffee locally.

Finally, they carefully consider the temperature and technique during the brewing process to extract the maximum flavor!

The best part is that they can deliver coffee to your home.  If you join their mailing list, you get a free cappuccino next time you visit. Click Here.

So now that we know why their coffee is so delicious, let’s talk about their menu.

The menu at Le Café de Paris.

The food at Le Café de Paris reflects the restaurant’s laid-back atmosphere.
We recommend you stop by for a delightful morning coffee, and maybe even treat yourself to a croissant (or two) or any of their delicious house pastries.

For the best decadence, try the chocolate croissant.

The delicate layers make it difficult to imagine how they got all that butter in one pastry. Simply sinful.

The patio is also a lovely place to relax, and the staff are friendly and engaging.

Come meet the managers that make the magic happen. Christie, Gabriel, Martin, and Nelly have all been working with Claude for over half a decade and are happy to welcome you with open arms.

For lunch, you can enjoy lighter options like crisp salads with fresh greens or heartier options like paninis and housemade quiche.

There’s no wonder the Quiche Lorraine is one of their best-selling dishes! Featuring savory bacon and Swiss cheese, their Quiche Lorraine makes for a deliciously comforting and satisfying meal, perfect for any time of the day.

The menu boasts a delightful selection of sandwiches, including the mouthwatering Croque Monsieur and the even more delectable Croque Madame.

With a perfectly cooked fried egg on top, this sandwich is a delightful twist on its traditional counterpart. Every bite of Madame is filled with a delicious, warm yolk that will leave you feeling satisfied and content. It’s definitely one of my favorites!

Now open for dinner until 8pm, we recommend you try their fantastic escargot.

This preparation, featuring snails bathed in a sumptuous garlic and parsley butter, epitomizes the elegance and complexity of French cuisine. Served without the shells and accompanied by a fresh, toasted baggette, it is one of our top choices.

Another top choice is the Frenchie Burger. How does a burger made with Angus-brisket beef, bacon, brie cheese, fig jam, and sauteed onions sound? Very, oh la la!

Overall, Immers3d Magazine recommends you come and visit and give this wonderful business a try. You will not be disappointed.
