El Inka Grill Ceviche, located on Orlando’s Restaurant Row in Dr. Phillips, is the name of a restaurant where guests may indulge in the flavors, textures, and memories that only Peruvian cuisine can bring.
Peruvian cuisine is well-known throughout the world for its elegance and freshness. The distinct flavors of this cuisine have given birth to a culinary legacy that I’m not sure why it wasn’t more popular before. Nonetheless, Peruvian food is today regarded as one of the best in the world and will probably hold that title for many more centuries to come.

Fresh Fish and Seafood, Marinated in Leche De Tigre with Peruvian Corn and Sweet Potato
Also, their famous Octopus comes from the coasts of Portugal or Spain.
I would not conceive of eating at El Inka Grill without enjoying that anticuchado octopus, cooked in its juice, which is a marvel of texture and flavor. Perhaps the best octopus I have ever eaten.
The ingredients we use to prepare this dish are 2 tender cuts of octopus marinated in our Peruvian panca pepper sauce. We mix all the Secret Inca ingredients with the octopus and let it marinate for a couple of hours. The trick is to cook over low heat on the grill bathing with its marinade.
The shrimp they use in their dishes are wild-caught.
El Inka’s specialty is seafood, and its cuisine promises to innovate classic Peruvian recipes to offer our guests new flavors through exotic meals that, in addition to having incomparable presentations, provide unforgettable experiences.
Our dishes are produced with 100% fresh ingredients, transporting you to the most authentic Peruvian gastronomic experience.
The word “seviche” comes from “siwichi” which is a Quechua terminology that translates as fresh or tender fish.
CEVICHE SUNSET tender and juicy traditional ceviche mixto marinated in a special rocoto sauce with a touch of Pisco acholado and topped with crushed maiz cancha.
We have to highlight the ceviche. It was something we have never seen. A mixture of sensations in full harmony. Spicy, salty, sweet, crunchy.
True lovers of Peruvian cuisine will be very satisfied at this restaurant.
The atmosphere inside the Inka Grill is nice. It has a good space and enough tables so it’s great to celebrate a birthday or bring a group of friends to eat good Peruvian food.
The decoration is minimalist but with good taste. You can see beautiful works that illustrate Peruvian art. The colors are neutral so that people feel very comfortable.
I’ve known since I was a young child that Americans would adore Peruvian cuisine. So, opening a Peruvian restaurant was something I’ve always envisioned doing. The adventure began with Hunter’s Creek, and today we offer another El Inka Grill on Dr. Phillips.
This serves to demonstrate that, when you are committed and driven, dreams do come true. We sincerely hope you enjoy your visit to one of our establishments and that you will find our food to be of the highest caliber.
